棉纤维成熟度检测方法的研究现状与展望

Research status and prospect for cotton fiber maturity measurements

棉纤维成熟度对提高棉纺织工艺效率,保证棉纤维原料及成品质量等具有极其重要的意义,是国家棉花标准中品级评定的主要指标。为此,系统地介绍了棉纤维成熟度检测方法的基本原理及国内外学者相关研究的现状,分析各方法的优缺点。通过各种检测方法在速度、效率、准确性等方面的对比,指出利用纤维纵向图像分析的方法是实现快速、客观、准确地检测成熟度的有效途径,结合此方法的全自动检测系统有着良好的应用前景,但需解决清晰图像获取和特征参数提取等的问题。

Cotton fiber maturity is very important for cotton-textile in raising efficiency, assuring the quality of fiber and end products. It is the main indicator of grades assessment in national cotton standard. The principle of cotton fiber maturity measurements and the current research situation at homeand abroad are introduced with their virtues and drawbacks. Through a comparauve anatysls o~ va^Juu~ measuring methods in terms of Speed, efficiency and accuracy, this paper points out that the image processing method based on the longitudinal image of the fiber is an effective way for realizing fast, objective and accurate measurement of cotton fiber maturity. There are bright prospects for the automatic measurement system based on image analysis. But the problems such as sharp image acquisition and feature parameters procurement are needed to be solved.
