摘要
通过对焦作矿区煤层气开发现状进行分析,认为二1煤层"三低"、软煤发育以及底板灰岩富水是导致区内煤层气井产气效果不理想的客观条件,此外还包括对储层改造工艺单一和排采失控两个工程因素,针对上述问题提出了相应的增产改造措施,即针对煤储层特点采用"一井一法"进行试验;使用携砂能力强的HRS压裂液;制定严格的排采制度等。
Through the Jiaozuo mining area CBM exploitation status quo analysis, "three lows (low gas saturation, permeability and pressure)" of the coal seam IIl, developed mingy coal and floor water-rich limestone are non ideal objective conditions for CBM well yield, as also two engineering factors of simplex reservoir reformation technology and drainage out of control. In allusion to above issues, corresponding production enhancement and reformation measures have been put forward. Namely, to carry out "one method for one well" test aims at peculiarity of coal reservoirs; uses HRS fracturing fluid with strong sand carrying capability; stipulates strict drainage system etc.
