炮制对二妙汤中盐酸小檗碱含量的影响

Influence of processing on the content of berberine hydrochloride in Er Miao decoction

目的:建立二妙汤中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法,并探讨其炮制意义。方法:采用薄层扫描法测定,以苯-乙酸乙酯-异丙醇-甲醇-浓氨溶液(12∶6∶3∶3∶1)为展开剂,检测波长为365 nm。结果:盐酸小檗碱点样量在0.18～0.60μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9991);平均回收率(n=6)为95.8%,RSD为2.1%。结论:方法准确、可靠;二妙汤用炮制品配方可促进盐酸小檗碱的溶出。

Objective ： To establish a method for determination of berberine hydrochloride in Er Miao decoction, and to explore the significance of processing. Methods： TLCS was adopt with benzene - acetic acid - isopropanol - meth- anol - strong ammon solution （ 12： 6： 3： 3：1 ） as the expanding agent, the detection wavelength was 365 nm. Results： Berberine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0. 18 -0. 60 μg（ r =0. 9997）. The average recovery （ n = 6 ） was 95.8 % with RSD of 2. 1%. Conclusion： The method is accurate, stable and reliable. It can increase the solubility of berberine hydrochloride when the prescription of Er Miao decoction is made up with processed drugs.
