摘要
本文简要地介绍了洁净室的国际标准ISO 14 6 4 4的制定背景与方法 ,并与人们熟悉的美国联邦标准FS2 0 9E作一比较 ,以便于尽快理解与应用。
This paper introduces briefly the background and principle of cleanroom international standard ISO 14644,and compares with American Federal Standard 209E so that we can understand and apply it more quickly.
