碘仿樟脑酚与樟脑酚根管封药比较

Difference in efficacy between iodoform camphor(CP) and CP used for intracanal medication

目的比较用碘仿樟脑酚作为根管消毒剂与单用樟脑酚消毒根管之间的差别。方法选择急、慢性根尖周炎需进行根管治疗的患者100例,102颗行根管治疗的患牙,随机分为碘仿樟脑酚组(实验组),樟脑酚组(对照组)进行根管消毒。封药7 d后,评价两组的临床效果。结果实验组的封药效果优于对照组(P<0.01)。封药后疼痛发生率两组无统计学差异(P>0.1)。结论碘仿樟脑酚是一种理想的根管消毒剂。

Objective This study explored the difference in efficacy between iodoform camphor（iodoform CP） and camphor（CP） used in sterilization of root canal as intracanal medication for apical periodontitis.Methods One hundred patients with 102 diseased teeth were divided into two groups.Patients in trial group were applied with iodoform CP for sterilization of root canal and patients in control group were used with CP.The results of treatment were evaluated at 7 days later.Results The seal of the medicine effect is better than that of the control group（P 0.01）.Sealing medicine pain after the two groups incidence was not statistically different（P 0.1）.Conclusion Lodoform camphor phenol is a kind of ideal of root canal disinfectant.
