血清C反应蛋白检测对评价溃疡性结肠炎病情的价值 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨血清C反应蛋白(CRP)评价溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的价值。方法检测不同程度UC患者血清CRP水平,并设正常对照组,分析各组之间的差异。结果 UC活动期及缓解期患者血清CRP水平较正常对照组均明显升高(P<0.01),活动期患者血清CRP水平较缓解期患者亦升高(P<0.01),同时,UC活动期患者病情越重,血清CRP水平越高(P<0.01)。结论血清CRP水平可用于评价UC患者病情活动性及临床病情程度,对UC的诊断、判断病情活动性及病情程度以及预后的估计有重要的参考价值。
