本文认为 ,社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分、社会主义初级阶段的基本经济制度不等于社会主义的重要组成部分和基本经济制度 ;私有制经济不是社会主义经济制度的基础。

This paper believes, the ingredigent of socialist market economy and the underlying ecnomic institutions in elementary stage of socialism are not the same with those in socialism private economy isn't the basis of socialist economic institution. This paper also analyses the current economic trend and relevant economic issues.
