摘要
目的探讨硼中子俘获疗法(BNCT)治疗ACHN肾透明细胞癌的临床效果。方法建立ACHN肾透明细胞癌的荷瘤裸鼠模型。将荷瘤裸鼠随机分为5组,未注药对照组、未照射对照组、BNCT-I组、BNCT-II组和BNCT-III组,于腹腔注射二羟基硼苯丙氨酸(BPA)2.5 h后进行中子辐射。15 d后观察测量裸鼠肿瘤的大小,评价BNCT的治疗效果。结果辐射治疗后第15天,测得肿瘤体积的平均值分别为:未注药对照组(358.40±18.15)m3,未照射对照组(352.87±23.79)m3,BNCT-I组(277.11±42.33)m3,BNCT-II组(90.04±39.56)m3,BNCT-III组(212.70±52.61)m3。结论 BNCT治疗对ACHN肾透明细胞癌有明显的疗效,其效果与BPA浓度和辐射剂量有关。
Objective To explore the efficacy of boron neutron capture therapy(BNCT) in treatment of ACHN renal clear cell carcinoma(RCCC).Methods ACHN RCCC models were established by injecting ACHN cells into axillae of nude mice.Thirty tumor-bearing mice were randomly allocated into five groups: control group without BPA,control group without radiation,group BNCT-I,group BNCT-II and group BNCT-III.The size of tumor was measured and the efficacy of BNCT was examined and evaluated at 15 days after the treatment.Results Fifteen days after neutron radiation,the mean volumes of tumors in control group without BPA,control group without radiation,group BNCT-I,group BNCT-II and group BNCT-III were 358.40±18.15m3,352.87±23.79m3,277.11±42.33,90.04±39.56m3 and 212.70±52.61m3,respectively.Conclusion BNCT is an efficient therapy for treatment of ACHN RCCC,and its efficacy is related to the concentration of BPA and the dosage of neutron radiation. 更多
