摘要
目的深入探讨全科医师骨干培训的各个环节,提高全科医师骨干的培训质量。方法以学员需求为导向,围绕培训时间、培训内容、理论课授课方式、临床轮转方式、培训及管理评价、学习保障等内容设计调查问卷,对2007年、2009年、2011年连续3届全科医师骨干培训毕业学员进行调研。通过访谈探讨全科骨干培训中的优点及不足,为下一步改进工作提供理论依据。结果共收集27份调查问卷。学员对培训管理和学习条件保障等评价满意率达到80%以上,同时对培训计划和管理提出了建设性意见。通过研究,我们对理论知识授课方式、临床轮转方式进行了完善和改进。结论对3届全科医师骨干培训,质量管理卓有成效,但是仍然存在提升的空间。应该以学员需求为导向,进一步细化培训过程管理,继续提高培训质量。
Objective To explore every aspect of training for mainstays of general practitioners in order to improve the quality of training.Methods Questionnaire on duration and contents of training,methods for teaching knowledge and clinical practice round in different branches,evaluation of the training and management,assurance for learning etc were designed for survey.Graduated trainees of mainstays of general practitioners in 2007,2009,and 2011 were surveyed and interviewed,and the advantages and deficiencies in their training courses were discussed with them.Results Twenty-seven qualified questionnaires were returned.More than 80% of trainees were satisfied with the training management and assurance of learning and so on.Some suggestions were brought forward on training scheme and management.The improvement has been done on methods of teaching and clinical practice round in different branches.Conclusion Success has been made in the training for mainstays of general practitioners.But there are still presented some shortages.The quality of training should be improved according to the need of trainees.
