股骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折

The application of proximal femoral locking plate in treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in elderly patients

目的探讨股骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法应用股骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折48例,根据术前、术后X线片及术后髋关节功能恢复情况评价临床疗效。结果随访4～15个月,平均10个月,48例患者均获骨性愈合。髋关节功能评分按Harris评分,优35例,良10例,可3例。结论股骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折,能达到良好的骨折复位和牢固坚强的固定,骨折愈合率高,利于早期关节功能锻炼,髋关节功能恢复满意。

Objective This paper discusses the clinical effect of proximate femur steel plate in treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures in aged patients.Methods Through the analysis of 48 cases with proximate femur steel plate in treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures in aged patients,the evaluation of clinical effect was carried out according to preoperative and postoperative X-ray examinations,and postoperative functional recovery of hip joint.Results After follow-up for 4-15 months,48 patients were healed in an average period of 10 months.Functional scores for hip joint are excellent in 35 cases,good in 10 cases and poor in 3 cases.Conclusion The application of proximate femur steel plate in treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in aged patients can achieve good result of fracture reduction,and it has high rate of fracture healing,and it benefits early functional training of joint.The function of hip joint recovered satisfactorily.
