腺苷蛋氨酸在酒精性肝硬化治疗中的应用

Effect of adenosylmethionine in Treatment of Alcoholic cirrhosis

目的探讨腺苷蛋氨酸在酒精性肝硬化(AC)治疗中的作用。方法将135例AC患者随机分为对照组(62例)与治疗组(73例),对照组治疗方案为多烯磷脂酰胆碱,治疗组治疗方案为腺苷蛋氨酸联用多烯磷脂酰胆碱,每日1次,连用4周;比较分析两组症状、体征及血液生化指标的变化情况。结果治疗后治疗组几乎各项血液生化指标的恢复情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组的有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腺苷蛋氨酸联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱可明显改善酒精性肝硬化患者的症状、体征及各项生化指标,促进AC病人的康复。

Objective To observe the effect of adenosylmethionine in treatment of alcohol cirrhosis（AC）.Methods 135 patients of AC were randomly divided into control group（n=62） and treatment group（n=73）.Polyene phosphatidyl choline injection daily lasting for 4 wk was adopted in control groups,while adenosylmethionine injection daily lasting for 4 wk was adopted in treatment group beside it.The symptom,sign and biochemical indicators in blood were noted in this study.Results A1most all the biochemical indicators in blood in post-cure treatment group were much lower than that in post-cure control group（P〈0.05）;The efficiency of post-cure treatment group（78.08%） is much higher than that in post-cure control group（59.68%）,（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Most clinical indicators of AC patients could be ameliorated with adenosylmethionine and polyene phosphatidyl choline,which is beneficial to the treatment and recovery of AC.
