摘要
公共文化产品的质量指产品或服务满足人民群众特定公共文化需求所达到的程度,它包括政治标准、艺术标准和商业标准,与一般物质产品的质量标准有着显著的区别。为了更好地控制和评价公共文化产品的质量,需要为信息型、知识型和娱乐型三种公共文化产品设定相对具体的质量标准指标体系,并以此为基础建立一套规范公共文化产品供给和生产的管理、监督、考核机制,对供给和生产公共文化产品的各级各类机构进行有效的品质管理控制。
The quality of public cultural product refers to the extent of product or service for satisfying the specific public cultural need of people,in political,artistic or commercial terms,and is significantly different from the quality of the General physical product.To better control and evaluate the quality of public cultural product,we need to set a relatively specific quality indicator system for public cultural products of information,of knowledge and of entertainment.Based on this system,we can build up a series of standardized management,regulation and assessment on the supply and production of public cultural product,and conduct an effective quality control on various institutions that produce or provide public cultural products.
