高师院校教师教育类课程开发——以《教师职业能力训练》课程为案例

Curriculum development of teachers' education in normal universities——with the teacher professional competence training courses as a case

高师院校开发有特色的教师教育类课程,对高等师范院校学生进行教师职业技能训练,是师范院校面对新课改培养合格教师过程中十分重要的一个环节,也是体现高师院校师范特色的重要组成部分。本文以我校已开设的《教师职业能力训练》为案例,介绍了高师院校教师教育类课程开发的基本原则、开发理念、课程定位、课程的实施等,最后总结了课程开发的特色,并进行了反思。

Developing some distinctive education classes and carrying out some training to the students at school in normal universities is an important link in order to educate more qualified teachers in the new curriculum system and also the vital component reflecting the characteristic of them.This paper,dealt with Professional Capacity Training for Teachers established in our university,introduces the basic principle and concept,course location and implement about normal colleges＇ education class.At the end of the content,the feature of the education class developing is summarized and threshed.
