基于人件服务的新型决策系统关键技术研究 被引量:7

RESEARCH ON NOVEL DECISION SYSTEM KEY TECHNOLOGIES BASED ON HUMANWARE SERVICE

摘要 针对传统决策支持系统在面临日趋复杂的决策环境与决策者逐渐增强的参与意识时显现的缺陷,在现有决策支持理论研究、系统实践的基础上,通过分析"人在环"的决策任务求解模式,创造性地提出"人即服务"的理念,进而精炼出"人件服务"的概念,尝试建立基于人件服务的新型决策系统的总体架构。研究探讨人件服务的技术实现与接口设计、决策任务动态分解、自学习等关键技术,为指导设计和实现能充分体现使用者浸入及多角色特征的新型决策系统提供先进的理论支撑与技术方案。 While decision environment becomes increasingly complicated and decision maker's participation consciousness gradually enhances,the traditional DSS has exposed lots of defects.In view of this,based on theoretical researches and system applications of existing decision support,the authors put forward innovatively the idea of "Human as a Service"(HaaS) and further refine the concept of Humanware service(HS) by analyzing the mode of "people in loop" decision task solving.Then they attempt to establish the architecture of the new decision system on the basis of HS.A discussion is done on the technology realization and interface design of HS,dynamic task decomposition,self-learning and other key technologies.It provides an advanced theory support and technical scheme to guide design and realize the new decision system that can display the user's immersion and multi-role features.
