摘要
介绍地下水变值系统观点的主要内容,并将这一理论应用于汾河研究区水资源的优化管理中,建立了研究区多目标多层次水资源优化管理模型,从而求得不同开采水平或不同地下水埋深条件下的不同优化结果.
The groundwater numerical system is introduced. Its application to the optimal management of the Fen River water resources is described, a multiple objective and multilevel optimal management model in the study area is developed and different optimal results under the conditions of different exploitation levels or different depths of groundwater are obtained. It is pointed out that the groundwater numerical system plays an important role in water resources planning and management.
