摘要
以全氟己基碘烷为原料通过一锅法制备了3-(全氟正己基)环氧丙烷,总收率达79.6%。从该环氧丙烷出发合成分离出了5种含短氟碳侧链及芳香环侧基的甲基丙烯酰类单体,并探讨了中间体含氟醇的最佳合成条件;通过1HNMR、13CNMR、19FNMR对合成单体进行了表征。
Perfluorohexyl iodide has been used as a raw material in preparing 3-perfluorohexyl-1,2-epoxypropane(PFOP) by one-pot reaction.The total yield reached 79.6%.Starting from 3-perfluorohexyl-1,2-epoxypropane,five novel methacryloyl monomers containing aromatic rings and short perfluorocarbon side chains were obtained;and the optimal conditions of the intermediates were discussed.The monomers were confirmed by 1HNMR,13CNMR and 19FNMR.
