摘要
建立食品中16种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物同时测定的气相色谱法,并优化色谱分离条件;研究含油脂样品的前处理方法,与中国国家标准比较,该法试剂用量少,快速,简便;该方法测定16种邻苯二甲酸酯的线性范围均为5.0~50.0μg/mL,相对标准偏差为2.13%~3.24%,加标回收率为83.3%~90.4%。
The simultaneous determination of 16 kinds of food phthalate esters by gas chromatography was established.The chromatographic conditions were optimized,and pre-treatment methods of the fat-containing sample were studied.Compared with the national standards,this method is quick and easy and less reagent consuming.The method of determination of 16 kinds of phthalates in the linear range are 5.0~ 50.0 μg/mL,relative standard deviation was 2.13%~3.24%,and the recovery was 83.3% ~ 90.4%.
