二滩二标工程现场施工管理的模式和特点

摘要 二滩水电站工程是利用世行贷款 ,采用国际招标方式选择承包商进行建设的工程 ,其中二标工程 (地下厂房工程 )由德国的霍尔茨曼公司、豪克蒂夫公司及中国的葛洲坝集团公司组成的中德二滩联营体 (以下简称联营体 )中标承建。其管理模式是按照国际承包商管理工程的方式建立的 ,其中现场施工的管理作为整个二标管理的基础 ,对整个合同工程的顺利实施起着极其重要的作用。现就二标工程项目现场施工管理的模式和特点进行探讨 ,旨在揭示国际工程现场施工管理的一些内在规律 。 The Ertan hydroelectric project, financed partly by the World Bank, has being built by the international competitive bidding system. The works under contract lot Ⅱ, underground powerhouse complex, has been completed by the Sino German Ertan Joint Venture composed of Philipp Holzmann, Hochtief and China Gezhouba Construction Group. The management system for the works under contract lot Ⅱ was established according to the management approach to the project adopted commonly by an international building contractor. The site management, as a basis of management over construction of the works, paid a most important role in successful performance of the works. In this article the mode and features for the site management for the works under contract lot Ⅱ are discussed in detail so as to bring to light the inherent law of the site management over the international project, for reference for the project management of construction industry in China.
