摘要
采用Plackett-Burman(PB)筛选和中心组合设计(cen-tral composite design,CCD)对影响油茶籽多酚甲醇超声辅助提取过程的5个因素进行筛选及优化,确定最优超声辅助提取条件:提取温度50℃,料液比1∶38(m∶V),超声时间40min,甲醇体积分数60%,pH值为7,该条件下油茶籽多酚提取量可达21.037 7mg/g。
Plackett-Burman(PB) and Central Composite Design(CCD) were used to optimize conditions of ultrasound-assisted extraction of phenolic compounds from Camellia seeds.The optimization extraction conditions were obtained as followed: extract temperature 50 ℃,ratio of material to liquid 1∶38(m∶V),ultrasonic treatment time 40 min,volume fraction of methanol 60% and pH 7.The yield of total polyphenol from Camellia oleifera seeds could arrived 21.037 7mg/g.
