摘要 本实验的目的是探讨以芦苇为原料,生产具有良好强度化学机械浆的可能性。实验中,苇片经预浸和汽相蒸煮后,用盘磨机进行机械解离。预浸废液经增强后连续循环利用,未见对浆的得率和物性有明显的影响。吨浆耗用亚钠约105kg。粗浆得率约75%,磨浆电耗170kwh/t浆。主要强度指标如耐破指数达2kpa·m^2/g,裂断长4.6km,撕裂指数6mN·m^2/g以上,CMP苇浆展示了良好的强度性质。 the objective of the present research is to explore the possibility of using Reed as a raw material for chemimechanical pulping. In the experimental work, reed chips were subjected to vaporphase cooking, followed by refining. On series of cooking was conducted with recycling of the spent impregnation liquor. The recycling operation renddered the process two main advantages: 1) recovery of the unused total SO_2 in the spent liquor, and 2) reduction of the heating energy during cooking. The pulps exhibited good strength properties, burst index: 2kPa·m^2/ g, breaking length: 4.6km, tear index: 6mN·m^2/g.
