摘要
混凝土生产与运输管理的自动控制技术可使拌和楼同时生产 99种不同配合比的混凝土 ,并能形成资源互补 ,保持平衡生产 ,提高拌和系统的生产效率 ,减少人为操作失误 ,生产质量受控有序。1998年 11月至 1999年 11月共生产混凝土 76 6 14m3,在多仓号、多配合比条件下 ,最高日产量达 5 15 2 m3,达到设计要求 。
By the automatic control technique for the management of concrete production and transportation, the batching system can produce concurrently various concrete with 99 mixes, the resources be compensated each other, the balanced production be kept, the production efficiency for the batching system be improved, the artificial failure be reduced and the production quality be controlled orderly. During the period from Nov. of 1998 to Nov. of 1999 a volume of 76 614 m 3concrete was produced to the design requirement without problem in quality. The maximum daily production was up to 5 152 m 3with mixes, poured in different working areas.
