针对影响施工质量的施工组织、人员、材料等因素,从施工流程入手,阐述了建筑施工过程中的质量控制措施,包括建立质量指标体系,做好施工准备工作,合理配置人员、材料、严格质量验收等,以指导实践。

Aiming at the factors which influence the construction quality, including the construction organization, the personnel, the materials, the paper illustrates the quality control measures in the architectrual construction process from the construction procedure, including the establishment of the quality index system, the construction preparation, the reasonable allocation of personnel and materials, and the strict qualtiy acceptance, so as to direct the practice.
