从成本、工期、质量三大要素入手,较为详细地分析了建设工程造价的影响因素,并指出只有了解成本、工期、质量三要素的相互影响和相互依存的关系以及建设项目自身的特点,才能实现工程造价的有效控制。

This paper relatively detailedly analysed the influencing factors of construction project cost from the cost, time limit for a project, quality three dements, and pointed out that only understanding the relationship of interaction and interdependent of cost, time limit for a project, quality throe elements and its own characteristics of construction project, in order to realize the effective control of project cost.
