根据铁路工程项目的特点,就工程项目成本管理与控制的各环节提出观点,并给出了具体的控制方法,包括明确经营目标、落实经济责任、优化施工方案、落实责任预算、加强过程控制等,并强化合同管理与索赔意识,从而全面提升项目管理水平。
According to the features of the railway projects, the paper points out the opinions for all the steps for the cost management and control of the projects, provides the factual controlling methods, including the identification of the operation purpose, the implementation of the economic duty, the optimization of the construction schemes, the implementation of the responsibility budget, and acceleration of process control, and so on, and improve the contract management and the claim ideology, so as to promote the management in the programs fully.
