摘要
分别介绍了建筑工程造价的概念、特点及其作用,阐述了建筑工程造价控制的含义,针对目前建筑工程造价控制中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出相应的解决办法及策略,以指导建筑企业强化自身管理和经营,提高经济效益。
This paper respectively introduces conception, features, and functions of building engineering cost, describes the connotation of building engineering cost control, analyzes problems existing in current building engineering cost control, and puts forward corresponding solutions and strategies, so as to guide construction enterprises to enhance management and operation and to improve economic benefits.
