摘要
运用有限元软件ANSYS对陈家港电厂钢内筒吊装平台结构进行了有限元分析,模拟分析了不同工况下吊装平台结构的应力和变形情况。将有限元分析结果与现场实测数据进行了对比分析,结果表明两者吻合良好,验证了有限元分析结果的合理性;有限元分析结论可为钢内筒吊装工程提供较好的理论依据;相关分析结果可为类似工程施工提供一定的参考。
This paper makes a finite element analysis for the internal steel stack hoisting platform structure of Chenjiagang Power Plant by finite element analysis software. Under different working conditions, the stresses and deformations of internal steel stack hoisting platform structure have been simulated and analyzed. After carrying them on a contrastive analysis with the scene test results, we find them both coincide well,which indicates finite dement analysis' results are reasonable. Finite element analysis' conclusion can provide the better theoretical basis for the hosting of internal steel stack project and the correlative analysis' results can provide practical references for the project construction.
