摘要
采用电化学交流阻抗谱(ACIS)法研究芳香族聚脲涂层、脂肪族聚脲涂层对水泥砂浆的防护性能。ACIS试验结果表明,水泥砂浆(对比样)、芳香族聚脲涂层砂浆和脂肪族聚脲涂层砂浆试样的Nyquist图高频弧是一半圆,其直径分别为6754Ω,10028Ω,11812Ω,说明涂刷涂层能够提高水泥砂浆抗氯离子渗透性方面的能力。不同涂刷厚度涂层砂浆的ACIS测试显示,随着保护涂层的厚度增加,对砂浆的防护性能增加。芳香族聚脲涂层和脂肪族聚脲涂层试样在氯化物侵入前后,高频区的交流阻抗值分别增加了28.25%和56.25%,说明聚脲涂层提高了砂浆的抗氯离子渗透性。
AbElectrochemical impedance spectroscopy (ACIS) method was used to study on the protective property of aromatic polyurea coated and aliphatie polyurea coated cement motar. The results showed that the ac impedance values of high-frequency of cement motar (contrast samples) ,aromatic polyurea coated motar and aliphatic polyurea coated motar were 6754 Ω, 100281Ω, 11812Ω respectively, which con_firmed that coating can improve the anti-chloride ion penetration ability of cement motar. ACIS test of different coating thickness of coated motar showed that, with the increase of the thickness of coatings, the protective performance was better. After the intruding of chloride through aromatic polyurea eoatings and aliphatic polyurea coatings, the ac impedance values were increased by 28.25 % and 56.25 % respectively, which confirmed that polyurea coatings improved the anti-chloride ion penetration of cement motar.
