增大住宅楼建筑设计基准期的探讨

摘要 目前,我国的建筑设计规范规定设计基准期为50年,而国家对民用建筑出让土地使用权的期限为70年,20年的差值使得住宅房屋在土地使用权的期限内必须进行房屋安全性评估,超役期的建筑投入大量后期维护费用的可能性大大提高,因此,将设计基准期提高到70年是很有必要的。本文就设计基准期提高到70年后,对民用住宅楼建筑的荷载标准值统计参数、构件抗力统计参数及分项系数表达式中各分项系数的取值的变化做了计算分析,根据GB50068-2001《建筑结构可靠度设计统一标准》中建议的计算方法,给出新的便于设计使用的分项系数设计表达式。 The code for structure design prescribe tha the design reference period of building is fifty years, while the limit time of usufruct of civil building plot is seventy years. That means the design reference period of building is twenty years less than the term of usufruct of plot. So the building has to have security evaluation and may cost much more maintenance fund than the norm building during the over-design reference period. Therefore it's very necessary to extending the design reference period of building from fifty years to seventy years. In this paper, the changes of statistical parameter of characteristic value of actions, statistical parameter of the resistance of the members and the value of partial coefficients after extending the design reference period of building are discussed. A new convenient partial coefficient expression is suggested in this article based on the method which is suggested in the 〈 The Uniform Code for Reliability Design of Building Structure 〉 ( GBSOO6g - 2001 ).
