摘要
摘锭作为水平式采棉机的关键采摘部件,是决定棉花采摘效率与采净率的重要因素之一。通过分析采棉机摘锭的工作原理,针对其主要的失效形式以及现行存在的采棉机摘锭的主要问题,设计改进出摘锭新结构,并利用UG有限元分析模块对摘锭新结构进行了应力应变分析,通过设置关键部位的不同参数,分析比较了不同参数情况下的应力应变,进而得出了有用数据,为摘锭结构的进一步优化提供了一定的理论依据。
The spindle,as the key part of a horizontal spindle-type cotton picker,is one of the most important factors determining the efficiency and purity of cotton picking.Through analyzing the working principle of spindle picker,in view of the main failure forms and the main problems in the current existing spindle picker,we improved and designed a new structure of spindle,and analyzed its stress and strain by utilizing UG finite element analysis module.Through setting up different parameters of the key parts in the spindle,we analyzed and compared the stress and strain under different conditions,then obtained the valuable data to provide a theoretical basis for the further research.
