摘要
提出了一种基于单线数字微型温度传感器DS18B20U的轧机轴承智能防飞系统,并给出了硬件电路和软件主程序及部分子程序。它采用单片机AT89C2051作为主控制芯片,由DS18B20U采集温度信息。该系统结构简单,能在线检测温度,准确有效地防止轧机轴承由于温度过高而炸飞,极大地提高了轧机的运行安全性。
This paper proposes an intelligent anti-fly system for mill bearing, which is based on one-line digital miniature temperature sensor DS18B20U. The system takes an AT89C2051 SCM as the main control chip, collecting temperature information by DS18B20U. The system with simple structure can realize temperature online measurement, to prevent the mill bearing from blowing due to high temperature, greatly improve the safe operation of the mill.
