摘要
对石油钻机井架二层平台受力情况进行了理论分析,并利用三维建模软件SolidWorks对其进行三维建模,在此基础上利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS在正常工作情况以及极限工况下对二层平台结构的强度、刚度进行了分析,最终确定了二层平台结构的失效原因。对石油钻机井架二层平台结构进行改进,并校核改进后结构的强度和刚度,均符合相关行业标准要求。
In order to investigate the failure reason of the oil rig racking board,this paper undergoes the theoretical analysis concerning its force condition;and obtains its three dimensional modeling by drawing on the software SolidWorks.Then,on the basis of that research,an analysis is implemented of strength and stiffness of the racking board structure on both regular and extreme conditions by ABAQUS to ultimately determine its failure reason.The result of this paper aims at improving the oil rig racking board structure and checking the refined structural strength and stiffness,so as to make it conform to the relevant industry standard.
