通过差速器总成右转向齿轮装配尺寸链的计算,分析了右轴向游隙超差的原因,给出了保证轴向游隙装配精度的方法,并在实际工艺中加以验证。

By calculating the assembly dimension chain of right steering gear of differential assembly,this paper analyzed the out-of-tolerance cause of right axial clearance and presented the methods for ensuring the assembly accuracy,which was validated in practical technology.
