摘要
在使用链板除渣机时常常因溜槽、刮板链、齿轮等磨损严重而导致其运输效率降低,甚至报废。根据调研资料,对链板除渣机的主要磨损部件的磨损机理进行了分析,并给出了相应对策。对延长链板除渣机的使用寿命及提高其使用效率有一定的借鉴意义。
The slag scraper is often in low efficiency or is scrapped because of the wear failure of chute,scraper chain,gear and so on.On the basis of research data,this paper analyzed the wear failure mechanism of the main parts in the slag scraper,and gave the corresponding countermeasures.All these have a positive effect on prolonging the service life and working efficiency of a slag scraper.
