摘要
目的:分析下肢深静脉造影术在下肢深静脉疾病诊断中的临床应用及价值。方法:回顾性分析2005～2010年176例患者共218条行下肢深静脉造影术的肢体,总结操作方法及分析其X线表现。结果:造影结果正常8条;深静脉不同程度血栓形成116条;深静脉静脉瓣功能不全92条;深静脉发育畸形2条;伴浅静脉曲张78条。结论:下肢深静脉造影术简便、安全、创伤小,是下肢静脉疾病诊断的金标准,对下肢静脉病变可作出较准确、全面的诊断。
Objective： To analyze the clinical application and value of ascending phlebography in the field of deep vein diseases of the lower extremities. Methods： To review the 218 lower extremities in 176 cases who were treated by ascending phlebography from 2005 to 2010, summarize the operational skills and analyze the results of their X-rays. Results： According to the study, 8 lines of them were normal, 116 lines show deep vein thrombosis in various degrees; 92 lines were deep vein petal dysfunction; 2 lines were deep venous malformation, and 78 lines superficial varicoseveins. Conclusion： With the advantages of convenience, safety and little trauma, ascending phlebography has become the golden standard in treating deep vein diseases, which can help make an accurate and comprehensive diagnosis.
