飞扬肠胃炎片治疗肠易激综合征的疗效观察

Clinical observation of Feiyang Changweiyan table treat for irritable bowel syndrome

目的:探讨飞扬肠胃炎片治疗肠易激综合征的疗效,为临床提供参考。方法:将本院收治的90例肠易激综合征患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各45例,对照组给予中药汤剂进行治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予飞扬肠胃炎片进行治疗,观察两组的临床疗效和不良反应,并进行统计学比较。结果:对照组临床总有效为38例,总有效率为84.4%,治疗组临床总有效为43例,总有效率为95.6%,两组间比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。两组患者治疗过程中和治疗后心率、血压、肝功能等均未出现明显变化,亦无其他不良反应现象出现,两组间比较,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:飞扬肠胃炎片辅助中药汤剂治疗肠易激综合征有明显的疗效,其疗效优于单纯应用中药汤剂组,且未见不良反应现象发生,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To explore the clinical treatment with Feiyang Changweiyan table for irritable bowel syndrome, to provide reference for clinical. Methods： In our hospital 90 cases in the irritable bowel syndrome patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, each group of 45 cases, the treatment group were given traditional chinese medicine treatment, the treatment group in the control group based on the Feiyang Changweiyan table for treatment; observed the clinical curative effect of two groups and adverse reactions, and compared the statistical. Results： The total effective in control group was 38 cases, the total effected rate of 84.4%, in the treatment group, the total effective was 43 cases, the total effective rate of 95.6%, compared the differences between the two groups, it was statistically significant, P0.05. Two groups of patients after treatment course and heart rate, blood pressure, liver function etc.. all had not appeared obviously change, and also there had no other adverse reaction phenomenon to appear, compared the two groups, the difference was statistically significant between them, P0.05. Conclusion： Feiyang Changweiyan table with traditional Chinese medicine treatment experimen-tal gastroenteritis auxiliary irritable bowel syndrome have obvious curative effect, the effect of traditional Chinese medicine is better than pure application native groups, and do not see the adverse reactions happen, it is worth of clinical application.
