摘要
根据现行电力体制和市场情况并结合响洪甸抽水蓄能电站的特点 ,分析和探讨了响洪甸抽水蓄能电站调度、经营和运行管理模式 ,认为采用容量租赁或两部制电价 ,并委托省电力公司运行管理的模式是可行的 。
According to characteristic of present power system and market situation ,we analysed and discussed the regulation ,management and operation mode of Xianghongdian Pumped Storage Power Station.It is feasible to adopt capacity rent or two part system electricity price,and entrusting the Anhui Electric Power Company to managment. Meanwhile, the relevant electricity price was calculated.
