摘要
对某企业生产现场管理中存在的问题进行分析,应用工作研究的相关技术和方法,以过轮组的生产过程为例,介绍了工作研究在企业生产现场管理中的应用。通过对比改善前后的效果,企业生产中的物料搬运量降低约28%,同时节约了生产占地面积350m2,提高了企业的生产效率,降低了生产成本。
Analyzed the problems emerging in one enterprise＇s production site management by using the relevant techniques and methods of work study.Then,the application of work study during the enterprise＇s production site management was introduced,taking the gear groups production process as an example.By comparing the results before and after improvement,the material handing capacity was reduced roughly 28% in the enterprise production,meanwhile the 350 square meters production area was saved,and the production efficiency was improved,while the production cost was reduced.
