摘要 推动我国竞技体育由物质要素为主的粗放型模式,向以技术要素为主的集约型模式的转变,是我国基础大项乃至整个中国竞技体育在未来发展战略上无法回避的问题,进一步强化训练理论的建设与创新已成为我国竞技运动训练发展的主要趋势。4位国际知名专家分别从人体生物适应的角度阐述力量、耐力性周期项目运动员训练负荷的长期安排与控制,运用"疲劳-适应"模型解读赛前减量训练的问题,以德国和日本国家足球队的体能训练为例,诠释当代最新的体能训练理念,以2008年第29届奥运会为背景,介绍英国国家队备战2012年伦敦奥运会的科技保障体系。"训练与恢复"的关系、"赛前减量训练理论"的发展、"竞技就是动作"的回归和"训练与科研团队"的构建,是当今世界训练理论和实践的热点问题,也是我国训练界亟待研究和解决的问题。 It is the inevitable question for the development strategy of Chinese fundamental major sports and even all the competitive sports in China,to promote the competitive sports transformation from material-oriented extensive mode to technique-oriented intensive one.And it has been become the main trend of Chinese competitive sports training that further strengthen theoretic construction and innovation.Four international famous experts,respectively,elaborated the long-term arrangement and control of strength-led and endurance-led periodical sports through the human biological adaptation perspective,unscrambled the problems with regard to taper training through the "fatigue-adaption" perspective,interpreted leading edge fitness training concept of national football team fitness training as the example,introduced the technological security system of 2012 Olympic preparation of English national team based on background of 2008 Olympic Games.The relationship of "training and recovery",development of "theory of taper training",regression of "sport is movement" and the construction of "training and research team" are the focal training theory and practice issues,as well as the problems that need to be urgently researched and solved.
