系杆拱桥典型架设方法的施工控制研究 被引量:18

摘要 为了研究不同架设方法的系杆拱桥的施工控制问题,以2座采用不同方法施工的系杆拱桥为背景,从施工方法的选择、控制原理分析以及成桥监控成果等方面进行研究比较。以成桥理想状态为目标,从理论模拟关键工况入手,结合现场施工过程的控制,对先拱后梁和先梁后拱2种施工方法的过程控制关键点进行对比分析。分析结果表明:要综合拱梁刚度分配特点和现场可操作性来选择合适的施工方案;拱梁线形和吊杆内力的偏差控制是保障系杆拱成桥受力合理性的目标节点,而不同的设计理念和施工方案决定了不同的控制侧重点。并基于现场控制过程对系杆拱的施工细节给出了建议。 To study the construction control of tied arch bridges constructed by different typical erection methods,two tied arch bridges constructed by the different methods were cited as examples and the selection of erection methods,analysis of control principles and monitoring results of the completed bridges of the tied arch bridges were studied and compared.By taking the ideal status of the completed bridges as the target,proceeding from the theoretic simulated critical load cases and also with reference to the construction process control in field,the critical points of the process control of two kinds of the construction methods of erecting the arches first and girders late and/or erecting the girders first and arches late were compared and analyzed.The results of the analysis show that the appropriate erection schemes for the tied arch bridges should be selected in comprehensive consideration of the rigidity allocation characteristics of the arches and girders and the operability of the construction schemes.The tolerance control of the geometric shapes of the arches and girders and of the internal forces of the hangers is the nodal point of the target of ensuring rational force conditions of the completed bridges while the different design ideas and construction schemes will determine the different focal points of the construction control.In addition,in view of the construction process control,the corresponding proposals for construction details of the tied arch bridges are given as well.
