局部注射类固醇治疗颈肩腰腿痛1060例临床分析

Clinical analysis of the local injections of steroids neck shoulder backleg pain in 1060 cases

目的:探讨局部注射类固醇治疗颈肩腰腿痛的疗效。方法:回顾性分析本院2006～2011年收治的1060例颈肩腰腿痛患者的病历资料。结果:患者病程越长,其达到基本治愈所需的治疗次数也就越多,病程少于2年的患者治疗2次后痊愈者达到了231例(50.66%),显著高于2～5年和5年以上病程的患者。结论:局部注射类固醇治疗颈肩腰腿痛疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the local injection of steroids neck low back pain treatment. Methods： Retrospective analyzed of the 1 060 cases admitted to the medical records of patients with low back pain neck in our hospital from 2006 to 2011. Results： Patients longer the duration, the treatment required to meet the basic cure the more the number, duration of less than 2 years after the patients treated 2 timets recovered to reach 231 cases （50.66%）, significantly higher than the 2 to 5 years and more than 5 years duration of the patients. Conclusion： Local injection of steroids is effective treatment of neck low back pain, is worthy of clinical application.
