孟鲁司特钠联合罗红霉素治疗小儿感染后咳嗽的临床分析

Clinical analysis of montelukast sodium chewable tablets combine roxithromycin in treatment of cough after infection in children

目的:评价孟鲁司特钠联合罗红霉素治疗小儿感染后咳嗽的疗效。方法:50例感染后咳嗽患儿,分成观察组和对照组。对照组给予罗红霉素治疗,观察组采用孟鲁司特钠联合罗红霉素治疗。结果:观察组总有效率为92.00%,高于对照组的总有效率64.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特钠联合罗红霉素治疗小儿感染后咳嗽患者疗效佳,建议在基层医院推广。

Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of montelukast sodium chewable tablets combine roxithromycin in the treatment of cough after infection in children. Methods： Fifty cases of cough after infection children were divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group were given roxithromycin treatment. The observation group were given montelukast sodium chewable tablets combine roxithromycin treatment. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.00%, which was higher than 64.00% of the control group, the difference was significant （P0.05）. The difference about rate of adverse reactions between the two groups was not significant （P0.05）. Conclusion： Curative effect of montelukast sodium chewable tablets combine roxithromycin in treatment of cough after infection in children is good, is recommend in primary hospitals.
