对于糖尿病周围神经病变应用神经生长因子辅助治疗的效果分析

Effectiveness analysis of nerve growth factor for treatment with diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的:分析和研究神经生长因子应用于糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果及意义。方法:收集糖尿病周围神经病变患者80例并随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予常规胰岛素及对症治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上予以神经生长因子治疗2个疗程,对比两组治疗后的神经传导速度和血流变学等指标。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.0%,明显高于对照组的67.5%(P<0.05),而且治疗组血流变学及神经传导速度各项数据明显优于对照组(P<O.05)。结论:神经生长因子应用于糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective： To analyze and study the clinical results and significance of nerve growth factor used in diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods： Eighty patients of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into control and treatment group, control group were received conventional insulin and symptomatic therapy, treatment group were received nerve growth factor treatment of two cycles on the basis of conventional therapy. After treatment, the nerve conduction velocity and blood rheology and other indicators were compared. Results： The total effective rate was 90.0% of treatment group, which was higher than 67.5% of the control group （P0.05）; The treatment group data of nerve conduction velocity and blood rheology were better than those of the control group （P0.05）. Conclusion： Nerve growth factor used in diabetic peripheral neuropathy has significant efficiency, is worthy of promotion.
