甲基强的松龙联合硫酸镁在治疗重症支气管哮喘中的应用

Clinical diagnosis analysis about methyl-prednisone joint magnesium sulfate on severe bronchial asthma

目的:对比观察单用甲基强的松龙和甲基强的松龙联合硫酸镁治疗重症支气管哮喘的疗效。方法:选取本院收治的重症支气管哮喘患者64例作为研究对象,按照入院顺序随机均分为观察组和对照组各32例,对照组患者给予甲基强的松龙40mg,肌注,每日3次,连续治疗3d;观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用硫酸镁注射液20ml静点,滴速10～15滴/min,每日1次,连续治疗3d。观察两组患者吸入前后临床症状变化,肺功能1s用力呼气容积(FEV1),用力肺活量(FVC),肺功能最大呼气流量(PEF)以及治疗有效率等指标。结果:观察组患者显效率为53.1%,总有效率为87.5%,均高于对照组的显效率(31.2%)和总有效率(59.4%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的肺功能指标FEV1、FVC、PEF改善情况均明显优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:甲基强的松龙联用硫酸镁治疗重症支气管哮喘可以明显缓解患者症状,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of methyl-prednisone and methyl-prednisone joint magnesium sulfate in the treatment of severe bronchial asthma. Methods： Sixty four patients with severe bronchial asthma were randomly divided into the observation group and control groups. The patients in the control group were given methyl-prednisone treatment, 40 mg, muscle note, 3 times a day, continuous treatment 3 days; The patients in the observation group were given magnesium sulfate injection, 20 ml, static point, dripping speed 10-15 drops/min, 1 time a day, continuous treatment 3 days on the base of the control group treatment. The curative effect of two groups, patients, PEF, FVC and FEV1 were observed. Results： The significant efficiency was 53.1% of the observation group and the total effectiveness was 87.5%, which were higher than those in the control group （31.2%, 59.4%）, and lung function index FVC, FEV1, PEF were significantly better than those of the control group. Two groups of comparison＇s difference were statistically significant （P0.05）. Conclusion： Methyl-prednisone injection joint magnesium sulfate injection treatments for severe bronchial asthma can significantly ease symptoms, It＇s worthy of clinic application.
