神经外科择期手术术前心理护理效果评价

Effects evaluation of preoperative psychological nursing for neurosurgical elective surgery

目的:评价本院对于神经外科择期手术术前实施心理护理的临床效果。方法:以实施心理护理干预的27例患者为观察组,并与27例实施常规护理的对照组患者进行比较,比较两组患者术日晨SAS和SDS评分情况和术日晨患者生命体征的变化情况。结果:术日晨观察组SAS和SDS评分均在正常范围内,且低于对照组(P<0.05),对照组患者心率明显快于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:有效的心理护理干预不但能稳定患者情绪,还对患者围术期生命体征的平稳有很好的促进作用。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effects of preoperative psychological nursing for neurosurgical elective surgery in our hospital. Methods： The observation group consisted of 27 patients receiving psychological nursing intervention while the control group consisted of 27 patients receiving conventional nursing. The SAS and SDS scores on the morning of surgery and the vital signs changes of patients on the morning of surgery of the two groups were compared. Results： On the morning of surgery, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were all within the normal range and were lower than those of the control group （P0.05）, and patients of the control group had significantly faster heart beat than the observation group （P0.05）. Conclusion： Effective psychological nursing intervention not only can stabilize patients＇ emotion, but also is conducive to promoting their perioperative vital signs stability.
