葡萄球菌烫伤样皮肤综合征82例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 82 cases of staphylococcus scalded skin syndrome

目的:探讨葡萄球菌烫伤样皮肤综合征(staphylococca scalded skin syndrome,SSSS)的诱发因素、临床表现及治疗。方法:对本院2005年6月～2011年6月住院的82例SSSS患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:本组病例中有59例有感染的诱因,82例患儿均有皮肤泛发性红斑、松弛性大疱、烫伤样皮损、皮肤触痛、口周放射状皲裂。外周血白细胞升高71例,皮损处分泌物细菌培养出金黄色葡萄球菌37例。所有患儿经及时合理使用抗生素、皮肤创面处理及支持治疗,全部痊愈出院。结论:SSSS发病诱因多为感染,典型皮损有诊断意义,早期、足量、及时、合理使用抗生素配合正确的创面处理及支持治疗可以取得良好的疗效。

Objective： To analyze the factors, clinical manifestations and treatments of staphylococca scalded skin syndrome（SSSS）. Methods： Eighty two cases of SSSS in our hospital from June 2005 to June 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Fiftynine cases had infections cause. 82 cases present with macular erythema, flaccid bullae, scalded skin lesions, cutaneous tenderness, perioral winkling. White boold cells increased in 71 cases. Staphylococcus aureus was in bacertial culture from skin lesion of 37 cases. After using antibiotic in time with specific dose, cleaning wound and supportive treatment, the patient was discharged in recovery. Conclusion：Predisposing factors of SSSS are mostly infection,typical lesions can make specific diagnose. Early, adequate, specific antibiotics, the correct wound cleaning in time and support treatment can obtain the best treatment.
