Summarization on the Research of Value Chain

摘要 本文概述了传统价值链思想的产生背景,对价值链思想的发展和改进、信息技术、因特网和电子商业带来的影响,虚拟价值链和价值网概念的形成,价值链管理和优化等有关价值链的研究,进行了较为深入的综述,并着重分析了现有研究存在的问题与不足,对深入研究进行了展望。 This paper summarized the context of value chain theory .The research concerning the development and improvement of value chain,the impact of information, internet and E business to value chain, the form of virtual value chain and value net,the value chain management and optimization, etc, were discussed deeply and in detail. The analysis of problems existed in the research were emphasized, and the further research in future on the value chain was put forward..
