摘要
中空玻璃结构边缘结构胶三面粘接,在相同应力下粘接体的应变远低于两面粘接,对应于相同应变的应力却要高出1倍。保证荷载下隐框幕墙中空玻璃结构粘接体应力不超出强度设计值,必需对荷载、力的传递、粘接体应力分布及应变特点等进行具体分析,在结构粘接设计中给予更多的考虑。
Using the same stress the bonding body with three bonding side profiles at insulation glass structure edges produces the strain much lower than that for two bonding side profiles,and for the same strain produced the stress of the former is over double that for the latter.In order to ensure that the induced stress of bonding body of Insulating glass structures of hidden frame supported curtain walls under applied loads in not over the design value of strength,it is necessary to specifically analyses the loads,force transferring,stress distribution and stain feature of the bonding body and to give a much more consideration in the structural bonding design.
