儿抽停汤治疗多发性抽动症36例

Treating 36 Cases of Multiple Tics by ErChouTingTang

目的:观察儿抽停汤治疗小儿多发性抽动症的临床疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的72例患儿随机分为治疗组36例,对照组36例。治疗组采用儿抽停汤进行治疗;对照组服用氟哌啶醇片进行治疗。2组均以1个月为1疗程,共治疗2个疗程。结果:治疗组在运动性抽动、发声性抽动、治疗后总疗效等方面均优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:儿抽停汤对多发性抽动症患儿有显著的治疗作用,优于氟哌啶醇片的疗效。

Objective： To observe the effects of ErChou TingTang in treating multiple tics（MT）.Method： 72 cases of children with MT were randomly divided into treatment group and control group on average.Treatment group were administered with ErChou TingTang while control group were given with haloperidol tablets.One month is a course of treatment for both groups,and two courses of treatment were given.Result： Motor tics,vocal tics and total effects of treatment group after treatment were superior to that of the control group with significant differences（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： ErChou TingTang is remarkably effective in treating multiple tics,superior to haloperidol tablets.
