相思藤茶水提物的解酒作用 被引量:14

Effect of Xiangsi Tengcha on Dispelling Alcoholic Intoxication

摘要 目的:研究相思藤茶水提物(Xiangsi Tengcha,XSTC)的解酒作用及其机制。方法:分别给予小鼠高、中、低剂量的XSTC(16,8,4 g.kg-1)、海王金樽片(1.5 g.kg-1)和生理盐水,连续6 d。第6天药后30 min,每20 min给予一定剂量白酒1次,直至动物死亡。观察醉酒(翻正反射消失)潜伏期、醉酒时白酒摄入量、死亡时间和死亡时白酒摄入量,并测定小鼠肝脏中天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)、乙醛脱氢酶(ALDH)的活力以及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果:在给予白酒前预先给予XSTC处理,小鼠醉酒潜伏期延长,肝脏中ALT,AST的活性和MDA的含量降低,ADH,ALDH和SOD的活性升高(P<0.05)。结论:XSTC可能通过提高ADH,ALDH,SOD的活性,降低MDA的含量,减轻乙醇对肝脏的损害,有一定的解酒作用。 Objective:To study the anti-alcohol effecty of Xiangsi Tengcha(XSTC).Method:Before alcoholism,mouse were given XSTC(16,8,4 g·kg-1),haiwang jinzun tablets(HWJZT 1.5 g·kg-1) and saline for six days.After 30 minutes of the last administration,the mouse were given with 56% alcohol every 20 minutes until they died.The drunk(righting areflexia) incubation period,dose of alcohol intake,time of death and lethal dose of alcohol were recorded.The activity of AST,ALT,ADH,ALDH,SOD and the content of MDA were determined.Result:The incubation period of drunkenness was extended significantly.The activity of ADH,ALDH and SOD were increased and the activity of ALT,AST and the content of MDA were decreased(P0.05).Conclusion:XSTC could prevent drunkenness caused by strengthened the activity of ADH,ALDH and SOD.
