摘要
高平1井是胜利油田第一口位垂比达到4的大位移水平井。为了最大限度降低和克服井下摩阻扭矩,利用井眼轨道优化设计、下部钻具组合及钻进参数优选、工程保障措施和钻井液性能调控等关键技术,实现了对井眼轨迹的有效控制。所完成的高平1井位垂比达到了4.019 8,水平段长3 462.07m。结论认为:①造斜率相对较低的单增轨道更适用长水平段水平井井眼轨道优化设计;②优选底部钻具组合、钻进参数和钻头,在特定区域能有效降低长水平段滑动钻进的比例;③水基钻井液在大位移井钻井中拥有较广阔的应用空间。
The Gaoping-1 well is the first extended-reach horizontal well with the displacement/vertical depth of 4 operated by the Sinopec Shengli Oilfied Company.For the purpose of reducing and overcoming the downhole torque and drag,well trajectory is effectively controlled by the following key techniques: optimal design of well trajectory,proper selection of lower bottomhole assembly and drilling parameters,engineering guarantee measures,adjustable drilling fluids properties,etc.After well completion,the displacement/vertical depth of this well reached up to be 4.0198 and its lateral section was 3462.07 m long.In conclusion,(1) the single-added track of whipstock with a relatively low build-up rate will be more adaptable for the optimal design of horizontal well trajectory with long lateral sections;(2) the proper selection of bottomhole assembly,drilling parameters,and drilling bits at specific areas will reduce the ratio of slide drilling at the long lateral sections;and(3) water-base drilling fluids will be widely used in the extended-reach wells.
